Instant Site is a no-code website builder designed for small and medium businesses. It allows merchants to create a modern, responsive online store in minutes — without needing technical skills.
My Role
I design and improve Instant Site for omnichannel merchants, focusing on usability, customization, and business goals. I lead UX research, create design solutions, and collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless site-building experience.
Approach
I focus on understanding the needs of omnichannel merchants through research and design targeted features that solve their specific problems within the product.
Impact
I introduced a research-driven approach to feature development, helping the team prioritize real merchant needs. My work led to the release of key tools for branding, lead generation, and content customization, improving user satisfaction and increasing site engagement across merchant segments.
AI Gen website builder
I proposed and prototyped an AI website generator based on Instant Site, which won a local internal hackathon. The concept was adopted as a strategic direction by the company and is now being actively developed as a core feature of the product.
Notification System
Also I introduced a user notification system to inform merchants about new features in the site builder. Additionally, I was deeply involved in projects focused on expanding how merchants showcase their locations and products.
